MOBI shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends for 2022

Shareholders of National Fertilizer Co. (MOBI) authorized the board of directors to distribute quarterly or semi-annual interim dividends for 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 21.

 

They approved the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2021.

 

An external auditor was appointed to examine the company’s semi-annual and annual financial statements for 2022.

 

Moreover, a board bonus of SAR 318,494 was approved for 2021.
