Lazurde shareholders start e-voting on EGM agenda on June 26

Lazurde Company for Jewelry shareholders started, on June 26, the electronic voting (e-voting) on the agenda items of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for June 30, according to a bourse filing. 

  

During the EGM, shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 2.5% of capital, or SAR 0.25 per share, for 2021,  Argaam reported.
