Jahez says audit committee chairman resigns, names replacement

Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology said Abdulwahab Al-Butairi tendered his resignation as Chairman of the audit committee on July 3, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resignation came into effect from July 3. It was upon a request from the Impact Finance Private Equity Fund - Information Technology and E-Commerce Sector – to change its representative to Jahez board of directors.

 

The audit committee appointed Lulua Bakr to replace Al-Butairi.

 

The new appointment is subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting.

 

Lulua is a board member and an investment committee member at Jahez, with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University in 1997, and a Master’s degree in business administration majoring in finance and economics from Columbia University in the US in 2004. She is also a board member in several companies as well as other investment funds.
