Shareholders of National Medical Care Co. (Care) will vote on electing board members from among candidates for the next three-year term starting on Sept. 15, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for Sept. 6, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

They will also decide on the formation of the audit committee and define its tasks, work controls and remuneration for its members for the forthcoming term, Care said, noting that possible candidates include Sami AlKashan, Bashar Abalkail and Faraj Al-Gabani.

This is in addition to voting on delegating the ordinary general assembly to the board of directors with the authorization contained in Paragraph (1) of Article 71 of the Companies Law, for a one-year period of from the date of the general assembly’s approval or until the end of the delegated board of directors' session, whichever is earlier.

The meeting will be held virtually.

Shareholders registered with Tadawulaty can vote online on the meeting agenda items in the morning of the same day the OGM convenes on Sept. 6, 2022.
