Nahdi shareholders to approve business contracts on Sept. 19

Nahdi Medical Co.'s shareholders will vote on approving the business contracts between the company and Abdulrahman Abdullah Amer Al-Nahdi and Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co., during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled to be held on Sept. 19, according to a bourse filing.

 

A transaction was concluded with Al-Nahdi to provide real estate services to Nahdi, starting from July 1, 2022, for a year, at a value of SAR 250,000. Board member Abdullah Amer Al-Nahdi has an indirect interest in the deal, which comes under prevailing commercial terms and without preferential benefits, the company said.

Nahdi also added that seven lease contracts were signed with Al Othaim, worth SAR 3.872 million. Board member Abdullatif Al Saif has an indirect interest, with the agreements entailing prevailing commercial terms, with no preferential benefits.

 

Shareholders will also vote on amending a number of bylaws in the company's articles of association. They will decide on the rearranging and numbering of the articles of the bylaws, under the aforementioned amendments, if approved.

 

They have until Sept. 16 to vote on the meeting agenda items via Tadawulaty.
