Thimar says unable to disclose H1 2022 financials on time

Thimar Development Holding Co. announced that it is unable to publish financial statements for the first half of 2022, on the specified date, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company is still working with the external auditor to issue the interim financial statements for the first, second and third quarters 2021, the annual financial statements for 2021, and the interim financial statements for the first quarter of 2022.

 

These financials will be announced once approved by the external auditor, the statement noted.

 

Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply to Thimar shares, based on the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
