Riyadh Cement shareholders approve audit committee formation

Riyadh Cement Co.’s shareholders approved the audit committee formation for the new three-year term, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Aug. 29, according to a bourse statement.

 

The audit committee term starts from the OGM approval date until June 14, 2025.
