Arabian Shield shareholders elect board members, form audit committee

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the next three-year term that started on Sept. 11, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Sept. 11, according to a bourse filing.

 

These members are Abdullah Al Meshal, Turki Al Mutawa, Prince Nayef Al Kabeer, Sameer Al Wazzan, Saud Bajbair, Abdallah Al Obeikan, Raid A. Al Seif, and Mohammed bin Ali.

 

They also ratified the formation of the audit committee for the same three-year term, chaired by Mohammed Bin Ali, and comprising Loutfi Echhade and Fahad Al Kahtani as members.
