Khalid Allagany steps down as Al Alamiya CEO

Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors accepted the resignation tendered by Khalid Jaafar Allagany from his post of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted yesterday, Sept. 10, for personal reasons and will take effect as of Dec.11.

 

 Any updates on appointing an acting or a new CEO will be duly announced, the company added.
