AICTEC deposits proceeds from fractional shares sale

Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) completed today, Sept. 15, depositing around SAR 11,154 proceeds from the sale of fractional shares in the accounts of eligible shareholders, according to a bourse statement.

 

The company sold 114 shares at an average price of SAR 97.84 each.

 

In August, the company's shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to increase capital from SAR 20 million to SAR 25 million through a 25% bonus issue.
