AlAhli REIT Fund 1 appoints Fawaz bin Hawil as board member

SNB Capital, the fund manager of AlAhli REIT Fund 1, announced the appointment of Fawaz bin Hawil as a non-independent board member in the fund, effective as of Sept. 29, according to a bourse filing.

Accordingly, the formation of the fund's board of directors will be as follows: Abdul Rahman Al Rashid (Chairman), Mohammed Alaoyaidi (member), Mohammed Al Saqqaf (member), Ahmed Al Musa (member), Feras Houhou (member) and Fawaz bin Hawil (member).
