Nayifat gets SAMA’s nod on appointment of Chairman, Vice Chairman

Nayifat Finance Co. (NFC) received today, Oct. 9, a no-objection letter from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) about the appointment of Saleh Al-Omair (independent member) as Chairman and Abdulmohsen Al-Saleh (non-executive) as Vice Chairman.

 

SAMA also approved the formation of the board’s subcommittees, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

On Sept. 26, Nayifat’s board of directors approved electing Saleh Al Omair as Chairman and Abdulmohsen Al-Saleh as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse statement.
