Tadawul: Derayah REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Derayah REIT Fund have their ex-dividend for Q3 2022 today, Oct. 16. 

 

The fund manager, Derayah Financial, announced earlier a 1.6% cash dividend for the third quarter of 2022, at SAR 0.16 per unit, according to data compiled by Argaam. 

 

The dividend will be distributed as of Nov. 13.
