Tibbiyah says board member resigns

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. (TIBBIYAH)  announced that non-executive board member, Rami Hassan Farhat, submitted his resignation on Oct. 19, for personal reasons, according to a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The resignation will be effective on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022, the statement added.
