Makkah Construction says will disclose annual financials in 10 days

Makkah Construction and Development Co. (MCDC) will publish financial statements for the fiscal year ended on Dhul Qadah 14, 1443, corresponding to June 13, 2022, in 10 days, according to a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The delay was due to non-completion of auditing process, the statement added. 

 

In September, MCDC announced failure to publish its financial results for the fiscal year ended June 13, 2022 on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) within the specified time.

 

The developer indicated the delay was due to the non-completion of requirements of the audit process by the external auditor.
