Arab Sea subsidiary contracts with Accelerated Solutions to operate, maintain data center for one year

Arab Sea Information System Co. said its subsidiary, Era Data Information Technology Co., signed an agreement with Accelerated Solutions Co. to operate and maintain the data center. 

 

The contract, valued at SAR 3.8 million, has a term of one year starting from Jan. 1, 2023, the company said in a Tadawul statement. 

 

Under the contract, Accelerated Solutions will operate and maintain the data center to host cloud computing services. 

 

The financial impact of the deal is expected during Q1 2023, the firm said, noting that the transaction doesn’t include any related parties. 

 

The company will start trial operations during this period, which will continue until year-end.  

 

Hosting requests will start from Jan. 1, 2023, the statement said.
