Knowledge Tower to debut on Nomu on Nov. 17

Knowledge Tower Trading Co. will debut on Nomu - Parallel Market on Thursday, Nov. 17, with the symbol 9551 and ISIN Code: SA15L0K4L7H2.

 

Daily fluctuation limit will be ±30%, while the static price fluctuation limit will stand at ±10%.

 

In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) announced depositing the company's subscribed securities today to the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

The company recently offered 350,000 shares, or 20% of capital, on Nomu.

 

Qualified investors fully subscribed to the offered shares and the offering was 948% oversubscribed. The offer price was set at SAR 40 a share.
