Sumou republishes 2021 board report, fulfills governance requirement ahead of main market transition

Sumou Real Estate Co. republished its 2021 board report. It included a paragraph confirming that it has met the governance requirements for transitioning to the main market, according to a statement to Tadawul today, Nov. 20.

 

Sumou withdrew a request to move to the main market, which was submitted last October to Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. (Tadawul Group), to comply with some transfer requirements, Argaam reported earlier today.
