Al Maather REIT seeks to pay semi-annual dividend over coming period in line with cash flows

Osool & Bakheet says 9M dividend ‘interim’ excluding Zakat

Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. (OBIC) said the 4.4% cash dividend that will be paid to Al Maather REIT Fund’s unitholders is interim and will be distributed for the first nine months of 2022, after excluding Zakat, according to a Tadawul statement. 

 

The fund manager also seeks to pay semi-annual dividends over the coming period in accordance with cash flows. It expects dividends for the rest of the year to be distributed in March, besides paying a semi-annual dividend during September of each year. 

 

Relevant developments will be announced in due course 

 

On Nov. 20, OBIC announced the distribution of a 4.4% cash dividend to Al Maather REIT’s unitholders for the first nine months of 2022, at SAR 0.44 per unit, according to Argaam. The dividend represents 5.24% of net assets, based on the fair market value as of Sept. 30, 2022, the fund manager indicated.
