Lazurde says EGM not held on lack of quorum

Lazurde Company for Jewelry announced that the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled to be held virtually on Nov. 22, was not held due to the lack of quorum, according to a bourse filing.

 

The jewelry maker will invite shareholders to a third meeting EGM after setting its date and obtaining the approval of the competent authorities.
