Mulkia REIT joins FTSE EPRA Nareit

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund joined the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index as of Dec. 19, based on the Q4 2022 review of the index components, fund manager Mulkia Investment said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that EPRA Nareit Index is a global real estate investment index created by FTSE Russell Group in cooperation with the European Real Estate Association (EPRA) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit).

 

The inclusion is expected to have a positive impact on the fund, through an enhanced diversity of unitholders and increased liquidity out of daily trading on the fund's units, the statement added.
