Maaden appoints a new board member

Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) announced the appointment of naew non-executive board member, Sofia Bianchi, to fill the board of directors' vacant seat until the end of the current term dated Oct. 24, 2023.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Maaden pointed out that the appointment is subject to the upcoming general assembly’s approval.
