Takween elects board members for new term

Takween Advanced Industries Co.’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on Jan. 21, 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Jan. 4, the company said in statement on Tadawul.

 

The elected members are Abdulmohsen Al-Othman, Saleh Hassan Al-Afaleq, George Abraham, Jameel Al-Molhem, Hassan Kabbani, Ibrahim Al-Mubarak and Khalid Nasser Al-Moammar.
