SAIC appoints 2 board members

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) board of directors approved the nomination and remuneration committee’s recommendation to appoint Faisal Al-Mashouh and Ahmed Al-Rabiah as independent board members to occupy vacancies for the current term ending May 30, 2025.

 

The decision is effective from today, Jan. 8, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Al-Mashouh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Shariah from Qassim University and a law diploma from the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. Having experience in several fields, Al-Mashouh is a consultant for several family joint-stock companies and an accredited arbitrator from the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center, the statement added.

 

Meanwhile, Al-Rabiah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

 

He has 10-year experience in various companies and held top-level management positions. He made many successful deals and investments.

 

The board’s approval is not final as the decision is subject to the approval of the company’s general assembly.
