Tabuk Cement names Yazid Al-Shathri as Chairman, Tareq Alangari as Vice-Chairman

Tabuk Cement Co.’s board of directors appointed, on Jan. 26, Yazid bin Khalid Al-Shathri as Chairman, and Tareq Alangari as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Amal Redaa was appointed as Board Secretary.

 

The board also approved the formation of the executive committee, which comprises Yazid Al-Shathri (non-executive) as Chairman, as well as Abdul Aziz Al-Khamis (independent), CEO Ali Al-Qahtani (executive) and Mohsen Al-Fahadi (independent) as members.

 

The nominations and remunerations committee was also formed, with the membership of Mohsen Al-Fahadi, Musaed Al-Shathri (non-executive) and Abdul Mohsen Al-Otaibi (independent).

 

The governance committee formation was also endorsed, with the membership of Yazid Al-Shathri, Tareq Al-Angari and Mosen Al-Fahadi.

 

The company also appointed Alangari and Al-Qahtani as representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
