Arabian Plastic appoints new board member

Arabian Plastic Industrial Co. (APICO) appointed Azhar Kenji as an independent board member from Jan. 22, 2023.

 

Kenji replaced non-executive board member, Hassan Omar Abubakr Balubaid, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the company's upcoming general meeting.

 

Kenji has over 35 years of technical and managerial experience in the manufacturing industry, mainly plastic. He holds board membership positions in different companies and has served as Takween Advanced Industries’ CEO and advisor.

 

Additionally, he was the CEO and President of Savola Group Plastics.

 

Kenji holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from King Abdul Aziz University.
