SAIC shareholders approve 20% capital increase via bonus issue

The Saudi Advanced Industries Co.'s (SAIC) board of directors approved today, Feb. 5, the resignation of independent board member Musa Al-Ruwaili, according to a filing to Tadawul. 

 

Al-Ruwaili submitted the resignation to devote himself to his own business, the company noted. 

 

It added that the resignation took effect from its approval date.
