WAJA sets IPO price on Nomu at SAR 90/share

Marifa Capital, the financial advisor on the initial public offering (IPO) of WAJA Co. on Nomu-Parallel Market, set the offer price at SAR 90 per share.

 

The offering will run from Feb. 12-19, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In December 2022, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the application received from the company to offer 455,000 shares, or 13% of its SAR 35 million post-IPO capital, on Nomu, Argaam earlier reported.
