GACO appoints Abdulrahman Alhudhaif as Chairman

Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.'s (GACO) board of directors, in its first meeting held today, Feb. 26, appointed Abdulrahman Alhudhaif as Chairman and Rashid Al-Rasheed as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the nominations and remunerations committee, the investment committee and the audit committee.

 

The company's shareholders, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 16, approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Feb. 22, 2023.
