Tanmiah Food subsidiary secures SAR 150 mln short-term loan from ADF

Tanmiah Food Co. stated that its subsidiary, Agriculture Development Co. (ADC), obtained a short-term credit facility worth SAR 150 million from the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF), according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The 12-month loan aims to fund the importing of grains.

 

The financing is secured by a guarantee from Tanmiah Food, the statement added, noting that the deal does not have any related parties.
