Dallah Healthcare plans new hospital in Riyadh

Dallah Healthcare Co. announced today, April 11, a project to build a new hospital on its own land in Riyadh, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The project will span 45,000 square meter (sqm), with a built-up area of 87,300 sqm. It will be located on the crossing of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road with Prince Saud Bin Abduallah bin Jalawi in Riyadh-Al-Arid district.

 

The hospital is estimated to have a capacity of 250 beds, with the possibility to expand.

 

The excavation and preparation of the project site will start soon, the statement noted, adding that the implementation will commence in Q3 2023 after necessary approvals.

 

It will be financed through company resources and long-term facilities, the company said, adding that any updates on project cost will be disclosed.

 

Dallah Healthcare expects to complete the project in Q4 2025, after official approvals. There are no related parties and any developments will be disclosed, it added.
