Arabian Shield board recommends dividend freeze for 2022

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.'s board of directors proposed today, April 11, withholding dividend payout for 2022, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The recommendation aims to support and strengthen the company's financial position and preserve the solvency margin to finance its future development plans.

 

This is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, the statement noted.
