Umm Al-Qura Cement shareholders to vote on withholding 2022 dividends on May 4

Shareholders of Umm Al-Qura Cement Co. will vote on the board’s recommendation on distributing no dividends for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for May 4, according to a Tadawul statement.
