Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividend on semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 7.
They also approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda.
According to data compiled by Argaam, Al-Jouf Agricultural distributed a 10% cash dividend for 2022, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 30 million.
