ACIG board plans 10-for-0.1 stock split

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group’s (ACIG) board of directors recommended during its meeting today, May 18, splitting the stock's par value from SAR 10 to SAR 0.1, while keeping capital unchanged.

 

Thus, the number of shares will rise to 2.91 billion from 29.1 million shares. The company is committed to completing the necessary related process, noting that any updates will be announced duly, according to a statement to Tadawul.
