2P signs SAR 84.5 mln contract with SDAIA

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed a 24-month contract worth SAR 84.46 million (inclusive of value-added tax) with Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), for text messaging and digital connectivity with service providers.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the project framework includes the provision of text messaging services with all service providers directly.

 

The contract scope also extends to establishing, installing and operating control system management devices for data circuits, as well as the installation, operation, management and maintenance of the project devices, the statement added.

 

The project was signed on May 15, while the other related necessary signatures were completed and a true copy of the contract was received on June 11.

 

A positive financial impact is expected to reflect on 2023-2025 results, P2 added, indicating that there are no related parties to the deal.
