Morabaha Marina to debut on Tadawul on June 21

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that Morabaha Marina Financing Co. (MRNA) shares will be listed and begin trading as of June 21, with the symbol 4082 and ISIN Code SA15QG71VP17.

 

The stock will have a daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively.

 

These limits will apply during the first three days of listing. From the fourth trading day, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to ±10% and the static price fluctuation limits will no longer apply.

 

MRNA sold 21.43 million shares, or 30% of its SAR 714.29 million capital, after a capital top-up, to the public on Tadawul, data compiled by Argaam showed.

 

The institutional offering was 401% oversubscribed, while the retail offering was 551% covered with 10 shares allocated per subscriber.
