MOBI names Yaqeen Capital advisor for transition to TASI

MOBI Industry Co. appointed Yaqeen Capital as a financial advisor for the transition to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), in line with the updated listing regulations, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The move is subject to obtaining market approvals and finalizing all listing requirements, the statement noted, adding that any updates will be duly revealed.

 

The company’s board of directors recently approved a decision to move the company to the Main Market from Nomu-Parallel Market based on the requirements of the updated and amended listing rules, Argaam earlier reported.

 

On July 28, 2021, MOBI was listed on Nomu in a direct listing.
