Hail Cement shareholders to discuss SAR 58.4 mln statutory reserve transfer on July 31

Hail Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote on transferring the balance of statutory reserve amounting to SAR 58.35 million, as of Dec. 31, 2022, to retained earnings, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for July 31. 

 

They will also vote on amending the company’s bylaws, the cement producer said in a statement to Tadawul today, July 5
