Edaa implements securities quantity increase for Retal

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for Retal Urban Development Co. on the former’s accounts of eligible securities holders today, July 25. 

 

Earlier this week, Retal’s shareholders approved increasing the company’s capital by 25% from SAR 400 million to SAR 500 million via a one-for-four bonus share distribution, according to data available on Argaam.
