The company affirmed its commitment to implement the shareholders-approved dividend policy for 2022, 2023 and 2024, which aims to maintain a minimum semi-annual cash dividend of 15% of the nominal value without any effect resulting from the change in the number of shares as a result of the decision to split the shares, which increased the number of shares from 6 million shares to 60 million shares.
