Edaa implements securities quantity increase for Mouwasat

Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for Mouwasat Medical Services Co. on the accounts of eligible shareholders, as of today, Aug.10, according to a statement to Tadawul.

According to Argaam’s data, Mouwasat’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to increase capital by 100% from SAR 1 bllion to SAR 2 billion through a one-for-one bonus share distribution.
