GAC approves Alkhaleej Training’s acquisition of Al-Riyadah Schools

The General Authority for Competition (GAC) approved the acquisition of Al-Riyadah Schools Co. by Alkhaleej Training and Education.

 

In April, Alkhaleej Training signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with the owners of Al-Riyadah Schools Co. to acquire a 51% stake in the latter, data compiled by Argaam showed.

 

Alkhaleej Training expected to finalize the acquisition on Dec. 1, 2023.
