The board of Naseej for Technology Co. (Naseej Tech) approved on Sept. 26 the resignation of CEO Abduljabbar Al-Abduljabbar, while retaining his position as Managing Director.
The resignation will take effect on Oct. 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Othman Al Abdulkareem was appointed as new CEO, effective Oct. 1.
Al Abdulkareem holds a master's degree in communications engineering from the University of Newcastle, UK. He started his career in marketing and business development after joining Naseej in 2007 as a marketing officer in the content services unit.
His practical experience exceeded 15 years at Naseej Tech, during which he rose to managerial positions in the fields of marketing, business development, and sales. He also served as Business Development Manager in 2011, then Regional Sales Director for Saudi Arabia’s office in 2019.
Al Abdulkareem took over sales management at Naseej Tech when he was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales in late 2021.
