Mulkia Investment IPO price set at SAR 38/share on Nomu

AlJazira Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager on the potential initial public offering (IPO) of Mulkia Investment Co. on the Nomu-Parallel Market, stated that the offer price was set at SAR 38 a share, according to a Tadawul statement. 

The subscription period for qualified investors will run from Oct. 22-30. 

The company previously announced floating 1.3 million ordinary shares, representing 20% of its SAR 65 million capital, which is divided into 6.5 million shares, Argaam's data showed.
