Thimar invests SAR 6 mln in real estate fund

Thimar Development Holding Co. (Thimar) announced today, Nov. 19, an investment of SAR 6 million in a Capital Market Authority (CMA)-licensed real estate fund to develop Business Square, a modern administrative office complex at King Saud University, Riyadh. 

 

In a Tadawul statement, the company said the investment should positively impact its financials, noting that it will disclose any further developments later. 

 

This investment aligns with its direction to invest in distinguished real estate projects, Thimar added.
