Armah Sports to debut on Nomu on Nov. 30

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that shares of Armah Sports Co. will be listed and start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Nov. 30 under the trading symbol 9590  and ISIN Code SA15TGE4LR12. 

  

The stock will trade with daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Nov. 28. 

    

According to data available on Argaam, Armah Sports floated 4.93 million shares, representing 15% of its share capital, at SAR 28 per share. The offering was 404% oversubscribed.
