View United to debut on Nomu on Dec. 13

View United Real Estate Development Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Dec. 13 under the symbol 9591 and ISIN code SA15TH34LRH3.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, Tadawul said in a statement.

 

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing the subscribed shares of View United into the accounts of eligible shareholders on Dec. 11.

 

View United earlier floated 600,000 shares on Nomu, representing 18.18% of post-IPO capital, at SAR 70 per share, Argaam's data showed.

 

The offering, which closed on Nov. 27, was 110.20% oversubscribed.
