SARCO’s board member resigns on concerns over poor results

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) announced the resignation of non-executive board member Fahad Abdul Rahman Al-Muaikel from his membership in the Board of Directors and the committees. 

 

According to a statement on Tadawul, the resignation is effective from today, Jan. 3.

 

Al-Muaikel attributed his resignation to reservations about the company’s business and poor results.

 

The company indicated that Al-Muaikel’s membership began on May 1, 2021.
