Saudi Electricity shareholders elect board members

Saudi Electricity Co.’s (SEC) shareholders elected board members for the upcoming four-year term, starting Jan. 21, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Jan. 9, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Elected board members are Najm AlZaid, Raed AlRayes, Walid Shukri, Scott Prochazka, Abdulaziz AlNaim, Cheong Seung-IL, Khalid Alrowais, Mohammed Owayedh, and Mohammed AlBalaihed.
